Cullin  Africa started its operation on 22nd July 1998, and is a fully –fledged Black Enterprise. The company is owned by Krish Chetty and Adell Nola Chetty, both being Previously Disadvantaged Individuals.

The company is a supplier of High Voltage Overhead line gear to Eskom, Telkom, Transnet and the municipalities. All products supplied are manufactured locally and as well as overseas. The company has the support and technical backup with all major Eskom Approved Manufacturers, Suppliers and Importers, of all the related products that we supply. Cullin Africa has been appointed sole agent of SEDIVER Insulators in the South Africa and Sub-Saharan markets.

The company owns premises in the form of warehousing and office space, totalling 1800 m² in Sage Corporate Park, Midrand.

Cullin Africa has acquired the following:
01st October 2008 - Purchase of Westingcorp Fuse Cut-out Division.
On the 1st of May 2009, Cullin Africa opened a branch in Durban.

Cullin Africa aims to become a major Previously Disadvantaged Supplier to provide quality electrical and electronic material to major power utility organisations and industries in South Africa and Africa.

Accreditation     
In August 2004 Cullin Africa obtained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. The renewal audit was done on the 24th July 2010, and certification was re-awarded.
